Scope of Serivces
POSTO SICURO IOP PROGRAM is an Adult Behavioral Health Intensive Outpatient facility
providing quality mental health services and structured programming for individuals 18 years
and older who have aged out of Foster Care and are struggling with trauma, substance abuse
and/or mild to moderate emotional and/or behavioral problems. We Empower young adults to be
successful by removing the stigma around mental health, and substance abuse issues, and
provide compassionate care that leads to self-awareness, self-compassion, and confidence. Our
Comprehensive approach offers a different kind of IOP Program, and incorporates Clinical, Experiential,
Spiritual, and Educational modalities. Programming consists of evidence based psychosocial
interventions and education for trauma, substance use and mental disorders. POSTO SICURO
IOP PROGRAMS will also provide support, screening, and access to services for clients with co-
occurring disorders, and substance abuse. Services include intensive individual and group
counseling, psychoeducational groups, case management, and transitional housing.
POSTO SICURO IOP PROGRAM is designated as an Adult Behavioral Health intensive outpatient
facility by the Arizona Department of Health Services under A.A.C. R9-10-102.
program goals
Provide education and therapies to address trauma, substance abuse, behavioral, and
mental health issues.
Provide Therapeutic counseling for individuals and groups.
Provide clients with a safe and clean meeting environment and access to treatment
services. Guide clients towards independence and personal responsibility.
To develop interpersonal skills for integration into society as constructive and
responsible citizens.
To teach social skills which may include personal hygiene, money management, and the
ability to assertively communicate needs to the appropriate resources.
Provide case management for resourcing and meeting individual needs.
Transitional housing services, including applying for housing voucher if applicable.
